Remedy B — Outside the glass
Opened pouches, germination shortfalls tied to growing conditions, storage mishandling, or late reports fall outside remedy coverage.
Remedy C — Filing path
Send order ID, SKU, and evidence through Track & Support. Expect a desk reply within two business days.
Remedy D — Outcomes
Approved cases get a replacement packet, ledger credit, or refund to the original rail within five to seven working days after approval.
Remedy E — Replacement freight
Like-for-like replacement dispatches ride prepaid shipping at no extra charge.
