INR prices shown at checkout govern the sale. If a packet sells out after payment, S.K TRADERS may substitute an equivalent SKU, issue store credit, or refund under the Packet Remedy Rules.
§06 — Lawful sowing only
Use purchased seeds for lawful personal or agricultural planting. Obey seed, phytosanitary, and local cultivation rules that apply to your plot.
§07 — Liability edge
Where Indian law allows, S.K TRADERS is not responsible for crop loss, weather, pests, or consequential damages beyond the paid value of the contested order line.
§08 — Pact updates
We may republish this ledger. The edition live when you pay applies to that order.
